See you soon, Maria.
Today I had breakfast with my girls so we could be together one last time before our friend Maria moves to London. Almost all my (best) friends are moving/have already moved abroad so it’s tough watching them leave. Not much longer till it’s my turn though, if things go well.
I hate goodbyes so I usually just say “See you soon!” because it sounds much better.
Life.

Sorry I haven’t been posting much lately. Life gets in the way sometimes.
I’m now job hunting which is sooo much fun as you all know. I love photography but right now I find myself wanting a steadier job. Unfortunately, being a freelance artist makes it hard(er) to pay the bills. It’s ok though, I like trying new things and hey, maybe I’ll fall in love with something different (don’t worry, I will NEVER stop taking photos). It’s all about the experience, right?
I promise I’ll have brand new photos and (hopefully good!) news soon. Wish me luck!
11/11/11
Happy St. Martin’s day!
I’m not religious, I’m just in it for the chestnuts I admit.
NYC, 2010
Exactly one year ago, on November 2nd 2010, I got on a plane by myself and went to New York City for the first time.
It was an amazing trip, for various reasons. I saw so many places that I had only seen on movies and tv, ate AMAZING food (a lot of it), met some nice people, and was basically overwhelmed 24/7.
I went back two more times after that November trip and every time the city amazes me.
Here are some photos I took on that first trip, I hope you like them!
